Consistent services – We have developed our management team to work closely with the staff to help ensure all of your cleaning needs are met. Both managers and supervisors are given a copy of the task schedule for your building. Each employee is trained on how to successfully complete this work based on the nightly, weekly and quarterly schedule. Often, the annual project work is performed by a team specially trained in the refinishing of VCT flooring, carpet cleaning and the tasks that require additional training in the use of specialty equipment.

Security – Your security is very important to us. Our team wears Legacy Cleaning & Maintenance vests so they can be easily identified. Whenever possible, keys and/or security cards are never removed from the building and sign-in sheets are used and kept in the JC’s.

Convenience – One of the many things that separate us from our competitors is our company design. When you agree to work with Legacy Cleaning & Maintenance you will be working with one point of contact.  Our sales team is also our division head and is responsible for all issues you may have or any additional services you may require. Although Legacy Cleaning & Maintenance has several divisions, you will deal with the same person throughout the project. We never pass the buck!
